Individual Frozen Oreo Strawberry Pies Recipe

You have a creamy texture, with this mixture of flavors from the Oreos, the strawberries and all the other ingredients that make this dessert one of a kind. I really have to say, I don’t know how I didn’t try this earlier and now I don’t know how I’m gonna stop thinking about what flavors to use in the next one.

It’s really simple to make. I got hooked with 2 recipes from Dana of This Silly Girl’s Life: Individual Frozen Key Lime Pies and Chocolate Covered Strawberry Icebox Bars. I knew right away I had to make them. Not sure why it took me so long. The thing is that I wanted to make the individuals kind but I also wanted to use strawberries. So what did I do? A mix of both ideas LOL.

This recipe could be the perfect recipe for your Valentine’s Day romantic dinner or any other day that you might want to add a special flavor combo to your special day. This recipe screams romance all over it!!! Hope you try it!

What is Oreo Strawberry pie made of anyway?

Did I mention these are super duper easy?

Yes, absolutely so. No bake. Crumble up some oreo crackers, mix some cream cheese, whipped topping, strawberry pure, sweetened condensed milk, and BAM. Perfection.

How to make Individual Frozen Oreo Strawberry Pies

Firstly, mix crushed Oreos with butter. I did it with my hands. Set aside.

With a mixer, cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy {about 2 minutes}.

Add in the condensed milk and strawberry puree. Mix until well combined.

Add in the whipped topping folding it in until well combined.

Using silicon cupcakes liners fill each with the cream cheese mixture about ¾ of the way up.

Top with the Oreo crumbs and place the sheet tray or cupcake tray in the freezer until it sets {about 4 hours}.

Unmold pies carefully and serve them with Oreo crumbs side down. Following Dana’s instructions, the easiest and best way to do it is submerging the bottom half of each mold into warm water for a few seconds.

Serve with whipped topping or whipped cream, strawberry and chocolate sauce as garnish.

Looks lovely. But I was wondering if there would be any alternatives to the silicone cups? Say ramekins or just cupcake tins… I’d really like to make this!

    1. Camila

Hi Thank you so much, glad you like it. I think the easiest way is the silicon. I haven’t used anything else but I asked my friend who is an expert on this and she said she would suggest the cupcake tin with liners and people they would have to tear them off. As far as comment on that, people say it doesn’t stick. But as I said, I have never done it that way. So if you do, please let me know how it goes!
