Brazilian Vinaigrette Tomato Salsa is a real crowd-pleaser. It’s easy to make and can have a little kick of spice. Try this recipe made with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, olive oil and vinegar, and red pepper. Great served with grilled steak, chicken, or even with tortilla chips!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 stick green onion
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbs finely chopped cilantro.
  • 3 tbs finely chopped Parsley
  • ½ cup Olive Oil {or to taste}
  • cup white vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Chop and dice all ingredients really finely.
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients with olive oil, vinegar and salt.
  • Let it sit for an hour or 2 so the flavors get combined.
  • This recipe makes about 2 cups of salsa. You can double it if you need more.
  • Serve and enjoy!
