  • Spatula or spoon
  • A bowl
  • An airtight jar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 8 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 6 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
  • Dried lavender flowers

Instructions

  • Firstly, soften coconut oil in the microwave for a few seconds before measuring.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine white sugar with coconut oil.
  • Add 8-10 drops of lavender essential oil and 5-6 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to the mixture.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Gently fold in a handful of dried lavender flowers for added fragrance and visual appeal.
  • Transfer the scrub into a clean, airtight container for storage.
  • To use, scoop a small amount of the scrub onto damp skin and massage in circular motions.
  • Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
  • Enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your homemade Sugar Scrub.
  • If you are making this as a gift, then I have a cute idea for you.
  • Get a piece of craft paper and a fruit bowl. Use the bow as your guide to draw a circle and cut it.
  • Cover the lid with the paper craft circle you cut and secure it in place with a string of baker’s twine or a ribbon.
  • There you go! You have a cute and very thoughtful gift!
  • You can even the extra mile and add a super cute label to make it even more personal. I created some really adorable ones in case you want to snag them and use them.
  • The labels come with blank space for you to add the celebration (I did it for Mother’s Day) and the scents/flavors. Snag the labels on the blog..
  • Enjoy!
