Chocolate Cream 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 can Whole milk 3 tbsp nesquick chocolate 1 tbs cocoa powder {unsweetened} 2 tbsp conrstarch Parfait 1 sliced bananas 12 oz graham cracker {if has nuts it’s better like cashew. If not, honey do the trick too} 1 can whip cream.
MAKE THE CHOCOLATE CREAM In a medium pot, pour the condensed milk and both chocolates over low-medium heat. Mix until well combined.
Using the same condensed mil can measure the milk to 1/2 of the can and add the cornstarch and mix it well in a small bowl.
Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot with the chocolate mixture and mix until combined.
Bring to a simmer over low heat while constantly stirring with (a wooden spoon or whisk) to avoid scorching until it’s thickened.
This part of the process may take about 20-25 minutes. The mixture is supposed to be very thick.
It is supposed to be thick as a pudding or a mouse.
Once done, put it aside to cool down.
PREPARE THE PARFAITS Now, turn the graham crackers into crumbs with a food processor or put them in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Arrange some cute glasses or jars (they can be mason jars, big glasses, or even cups).
Start layering one layer of graham crackers, one of chocolate cream, and one of the sliced bananas.
Repeat the layers as many times as you like or that fit in your glass.
Finish it up with a good amount of whipped cream.
Topped them with chocolate powder on top.
Alternatively, you can also top the parfaits with cookie crumbs, banana slices, and even why not, fun sprinkles!
Serve and enjoy!
