Banana Chocolate Parfait

Banana Chocolate Parfait Recipe

This banana chocolate parfait it’s perfect for any occasion. It takes about 30 minutes to make but it’s so worth it.

 Ingredients:

 Chocolate cream

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp nesquick chocolate
  • 1 tbs chocolate powder {unsweetened}
  • 1 tbs unsalted butter

  • 1 sliced bananas
  • 2 oz unsalted butter
  • 12 oz graham cracker {if has nuts it’s better, like cashew. If not, honey do the trick too}
  • whip cream.

Directions

Chocolate cream:

In a medium pot, pour the condensed milk and the butter over low-medium heat. Mix it well. Add in the chocolates. Bring to a simmer over low heat while constantly mixing with (spoon or whisk) to avoid scorching until it’s thickened. It is suppose to be thick as a pudding or mouse. Then put it away until it cools.

Now, turn the graham crackers into crumbs with a food processor. When the crumbs are very small add the melted butter and mix for about 1 min to blend it well.

In glass containers {it can be mason jars, big glasses, or even cups} start the layering. One layer of graham crackers, one of chocolate cream, one of sliced bananas and one of whip cream. Start over until you fill the container.

Finish with a layer of whip cream and sprinkle some chocolate powder on top!

That’s it! Yummy yummy Banana Chocolate Parfait!
