Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 1/2 cups cornflakes smashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a plastic bag mix the chicken with 1 tsp of garlic, a bit of salt and pepper. Yes, LOL in a plastic bag! Those to keep food in the fridge =D. Make a light knot and just mix it all. It’s so much easier. Leave it for about 30 min.
  • In a medium bowl mix the eggs, light milk, 1 tsp of garlic, some salt and pepper {again} When is well-mixed dip the chicken.
  • I smashed the cornflakes by placing it in a plastic bag and crush it all with my hands. I didn’t use a food processor because I don’t get the uneven crumbs LOL.
  • Then add the flour and mix. Place the mix on a plate.
  • Preheat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Now one by one, roll the strips in the corn flakes crumbs mixture. It’s good to make some pressure with fingers so it sticks better.
  • When you have all strips ready, cook in hot oil until golden brown each side. Then remove them from oil and place on a platter lined with absorbent paper towels.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces {I used Sweet & Sour sauce} and it goes well with some mashed potatoes.
