In a plastic bag mix the chicken with 1 tsp of garlic, a bit of salt and pepper. Yes, LOL in a plastic bag! Those to keep food in the fridge =D. Make a light knot and just mix it all. It’s so much easier. Leave it for about 30 min.
In a medium bowl mix the eggs, light milk, 1 tsp of garlic, some salt and pepper {again} When is well-mixed dip the chicken.
I smashed the cornflakes by placing it in a plastic bag and crush it all with my hands. I didn’t use a food processor because I don’t get the uneven crumbs LOL.
Then add the flour and mix. Place the mix on a plate.
Preheat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Now one by one, roll the strips in the corn flakes crumbs mixture. It’s good to make some pressure with fingers so it sticks better.
When you have all strips ready, cook in hot oil until golden brown each side. Then remove them from oil and place on a platter lined with absorbent paper towels.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces {I used Sweet & Sour sauce} and it goes well with some mashed potatoes.
