Ingredients

  • 400 gr Fresh strawberries.
  • 1 bananas
  • 3 slices pineapple
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup Orange juice

Instructions

  • In a blender mix all the ingredients until combined and smooth. It might be tricky because of the lack of liquids but it will mix.
  • Pour the smoothie into popsicle molds
  • Put it in the fridge for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Unmold and enjoy!
  • That’s all there is to it…

Notes

* To make unmolding a bit easier, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles easily. Alternatively, lightly twist the popsicle sticks while pulling them out to release the frozen treats effortlessly.
