- 6 Oz farfalle pasta {uncooked} You can use any pasta actually but farfalle looks so cute.
- 15 Oz {1 can} Pinto beans drained.
- 1 package of pepperoni {sliced}
- 3 Roma tomatoes {chopped}
- ½ cup of green bell pepper {chopped}
- ¼ cup of onion {chopped in really small pieces}
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp Italian species {oregano basil}
- Black pepper and salt to taste.
- 1 bottle of Italian salad dressing {size depends on each family}
Cook pasta according to package instructions or desired doneness. I love when is barely done. Drain it and cool it with cold water.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients including dressing and the last add pasta and mix carefully so the pasta don’t break.
