Farfalle Pepperoni Beans Salad

In my opinion there is no perfect season for a good salad. I agree that some types of salad are more appropriate in summer but I love salads so much that I personally don’t care which season it is. I can just get a huge bowl and have it all in one sitting LOL. This farfalle pepperoni beans salad is one of my family’s favorite because it goes well for an easy dinner Just like my Tuna Pasta salad!

I don’t know about you but for me there is nothing that could replace a good and loaded salad. Who doesn’t like an easy but delicious dinner?

  • 6 Oz farfalle pasta {uncooked} You can use any pasta actually but farfalle looks so cute.
  • 15 Oz {1 can} Pinto beans, drained.
  • 1 package of pepperoni {sliced}
  • 3 Roma tomatoes {chopped}
  • ½ cup of green bell pepper {chopped}
  • ¼ cup of onion {chopped in really small pieces}
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp Italian species {oregano, basil}
  • Black pepper and salt to taste.
  • 1 bottle of Italian salad dressing {size depends on each family}

Cook pasta according to package instructions or desired doneness. I love when is barely done. Drain it and cool it with cold water.

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients including dressing and the last add pasta and mix carefully so the pasta don’t break.

Serve and enjoy!
