Homemade Rose Bath Salts DIY
Rose Bath Salts diy is a homemade gift that everyone is sure to love and easy to make! Delightful rose-scented bath salts can be made in just 5 minutes at home. Transform plain water into a soothing and relaxing rose-scented bath using just a few ingredients you already have on hand.
Equipment
- Stainless steel or glass medium bowl.
- Spoon
- Jar
Ingredients
- 1 cup Coarse Sea Salt {dead sea salt kosher salt, or any other coarse salt}
- 1 ½ Cups Epsom Salt
- 1/3 Cup of Baking soda.
- Your favorite essential oil scent {I used 2 types Roses Essential Oil and Rose-Champagne body oil}.
- Food coloring {optional I used red to make it pink}
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl stir all dry ingredients.
- If you are coloring the salt, add a few drops to the mixture and stir well. Add one drop at a time while mixing until you get the desired color.
- Last but not least add your essential oil. Add as many drops of rose oil as you desire. Of course, the more you add the stronger it will smell.
- Pour the salt into the jar and decorate it as you love! I made a label for the lid and used pink and white thread with satin rose on each end. Looks so cute.
- I also created some cute labels or tags to make the gift even more special. I’m sharing them free of charge.
