These individual frozen Oreo strawberry pies are absolutely the most delicious dessert you might ever try. Making these cuties might have been my biggest addiction.
6ozpureed strawberries {about 10-12 strawberries depending on the size of the strawberries}
Instructions
Mix crushed Oreos with butter. I did it with my hands. Set aside.
With a mixer, cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy {about 2 minutes}.
Add in the condensed milk and strawberry puree. Mix until well combined.
Add in the whipped topping folding it in until well combined.
Using silicon cupcakes liners fill each with the cream cheese mixture about ¾ of the way up.
Top with the Oreo crumbs and place the sheet tray or cupcake tray in the freezer until it sets {about 4 hours}.
Unmold pies carefully and serve them with Oreo crumbs side down. Following Dana’s instructions, the easiest and best way to do it is submerging the bottom half of each mold into warm water for a few seconds.
Serve with whipped topping or whipped cream and strawberry as garnish.
