Farfalle Pepperoni Beans Salad

A delicious mix of Italian flavors for a perfect side dish or whole dinner!

Ingredients

  • 6 Oz farfalle pasta {uncooked} You can use any pasta actually but farfalle looks so cute.
  • 15 Oz {1 can} Pinto beans drained.
  • 1 package of pepperoni {sliced}
  • 3 Roma tomatoes {chopped}
  • ½ cup of green bell pepper {chopped}
  • ¼ cup of onion {chopped in really small pieces}
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp Italian species {oregano basil}
  • Black pepper and salt to taste.
  • 1 bottle of Italian salad dressing {size depends on each family}

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions or desired doneness. I love when is barely done. Drain it and cool it with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients including dressing and the last add pasta and mix carefully so the pasta don’t break.
  3. Serve and Enjoy
