Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 large watermelon
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1/2 melon
  • 1 small papaya
  • 5 bananas
  • Juice of 6 oranges
  • Juice of 8 lemons
  • ¼ pound of Papaya
  • 2-3 Clementines
  • 1/2 pound Grapes
  • 1 large Mango
  • Grenadine Syrup to taste
  • Ice to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon, blend, pass through a strainer and place all the juice in a large bowl. This is important, do not add any liquid when blending since the watermelon contains enough and we want it pure.
  • Peel the clementines, pineapple, mango, papaya, and bananas chop them into small cubes and and add them to the bowl where the watermelon juice is.
  • Pour the orange, and lime juices into our fruit cocktail and mix well… we test how it tastes, if necessary you can add a little sugar, this is to personal taste. Add the grenadine, mix well, and take to the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Finally, we serve in glasses and place the grapes on them so that they remain as a topping. We now have our tizana ready.
  • When serving, you can put crushed ice to taste in the glasses with the tizana so that it is extra cold.
  • Enjoy!
