Ingredients

  • 1 box 1 pd fusilli pasta
  • 1 medium onion {chopped}
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoons of butter
  • 5 turkey sausages {sliced}
  • 1 can of Sweet corn
  • 10 Oz of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Optional

Instructions

  • In a large pot start making your pasta as per package instructions.
  • Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the butter. When it is melted add the onion, garlic, and salt.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes or until it’s getting transparent.
  • Then add the sausage. Fry lightly until browned
  • Add the corn.
  • Leave it for about 5 more minutes.
  • Put it away from heat and stir the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Mix well and leave it to sit for 5 minutes.
  • Serve over the pasta and enjoy!
