Ingredients
3/4cupof butter at room temperature
1large egg
1tspof Vanilla extract
1cupall purpose flour
1tspbaking soda
2/3cocoa powder
1cupsugar
½cupReese’s peanut Butter Chips
½cupwhite chocolate chips.
Instructions
First of all pre-heat the oven to 350ºF {180ºC}
In a stand mixer beat the butter until fluffy. Stir in white sugar and beat until well combined. Then add the vanilla and egg. Mix well.
In a bowl mix the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and add it to the butter mixture beating until is well incorporated and finally stir in the reese’s peanut butter and white chocolate chips.
In a baking tray lined with wax paper or aluminum foil place small balls of dough with enough space for them to grow you can use a medium ice scoop. Bake for 8-10 minutes. It’s better not overbaking them since you want them chewy!
Let them cool in a cooling rack and serve! You will have about 2 dozen depending on the size of each cookie!
You can store them in an airtight container up to 3 to 4 days.
