Hello friends, its Angela from LeMoine Family Kitchen. I can’t thank Cami enough for having me stop by to share a recipe with you. I am so excited for summer nearing because backyard get togethers happen almost every weekend. Some simple and delicious snacks are always a must and these Garlic Parmigiano Snack Pretzels are always a huge hit with y friends and family.
Garlic Parmigiano Snack Pretzels {from Contributor Angela}
When hosting a get together you should always keep it simple so that you as the host can enjoy yourself as well. These pretzels take 10 minutes start to finish and they are so incredibly flavorful! I took mini pretzels, tossed them in melted butter and garlic powder. Baked in the oven for 8 minutes then toss with fresh chopped parsley and lots or freshly grated parmigiano reggiano, an Italian staple. With just a few ingredients you’ve completely transformed a bag of snack pretzels into something amazing!
Garlic Parmigiano Snack Pretzels
Ingredients
- 4-6 oz mini snack pretzels
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- fresh chopped parsley
- freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Toss the pretzels with the melted butter and garlic powder to coat.
- Place the pretzels on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
- Toss the warm pretzels with some parsley and grated cheese. Plate and top with some more cheese.
