White Chocolate Covered Green Cherry Oreo Cookie Balls, green maraschino cherries stuffed inside a delicious classic Oreo cookie ball and dipped in melted white chocolate! Heaven!

Oh my! I gotta say this is the most delicious treat Iโ€™ve ever tried. Oreo? Cherries? Yes, please! This White Chocolate Covered Green Cherry Oreo Cookie ball is a variation of Danaโ€™s Cherry Oreo Cookie Balls recipe. Using green cherries and white chocolate you get the flavor for every taste and any occasion!

How to make White Chocolate Covered Green Cherry Oreo Cookie Balls

These Oreo cookie balls look super impressive and are so perfect for dessert or snacks. They are definitely great for parties too because they look so super cute.

As Dana said Itโ€™s a great version classic chocolate covered cherry but when you bite into it you get a delicious Oreo surprise! Yummm!

Directions:

  • I placed Cherries on an absorbent paper so they get dry.

  • In a food processor {or blenderโ€ฆ I donโ€™t have a food processor LOL} place Oreos until it makes crumbs and add in the cream cheese and pulse until well combined.
  • Using a tablespoon sized scoop {like I did} or your hands, place about a tsp of the Oreo mixture in, smashing it so it goes up the sides and makes a little cup.

  • Place a cherry in the center and place some more of the cookie mixture on top, press to enclose the cherry.

  • Take the cookie ball out of the scoop and round it out with your hands.

  • Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in the freezer for one hour to set.

  • Melt white chocolate in double boiler {or microwave, I prefer double boiler}.

  • Dip cookie balls into the mixture, tapping on the side of the bowl to get as much of the chocolate off as possible.

  • Place back on the lined cookie sheet. Immediately top with sprinkles if desired.
  • Place back in the freezer for 10 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  • 10 each maraschino cherries {drained}
  • 2ยฝ Cups white chocolate chips {or those that are especially for melting}
  • Color sprinkles {optional}
